For five years now, William (Liam) Dempsey has warmed the hearts of my readers. He is handsome, selfless, sweet, a hopeless romantic and he’s English—I know you like a man with an accent 🙂
Liam grew up in a small village/town in Cornwall with his sister and mum. He fell in love with a local girl and they nearly lived happily ever after. Fast forward a few years to Liam now living in London and hanging out at a bar, where he meets Juliette.
Newly divorced, Juliette isn’t up for hooking up with anyone and though she and Liam hit it off well, he is the perfect gentleman.
I am not exactly sure why my readers love Liam so much. Could it be because he doesn’t take advantage of Juliette when she is so emotionally vulnerable? Is it his good looks and humour? He takes very good care of our female lead and they become best friends.
But as the story would suggest, they are trying to prove the old saying wrong: men and women can’t be just friends.
And so, we follow them on a journey of friendship, love, jealousy and a deep connection that most people only dream of.
I would love for you to meet Liam and join all my other readers in sharing a love for this character. So, for a short period only, you can get RSVP Plus One over on Kindle for $0,00c! You read that correctly. From March 1st and running until March 5, you can get a copy of RSVP Plus One for FREE!!!
I only ask one thing in return (you didn’t think free meant free, did you?). Please do review my book when you have finished it. Your positive review goes a long way in helping other like-minded readers pick my book the next time they want a beach read 🙂 And of course, word of mouth counts too: so, tell your gran, your best friend, your mum or your sister!
And if you fall in love with Liam too, come back here and comment on this post. Or, we could chat over on my socials about how we need more men like William Dempsey in the world.
Now, if you don’t mind, I need to get back to the other men in my life. That book isn’t going to write itself, you know!
TTFN,
Gretchen W.
